EHL Defends Habitat from Off Highway Vehicles

In Riverside County, EHL is opposing a draft ordinance that would capitulate to OHV riders and degrade the Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Program (MSHCP). A recent property acquisition, however, shows the promise of the MSHCP.
