EHL defends O’Neill Park from land grab
EHL has “intervened” in litigation – meaning it has become a party in the case – to save a critical portion of O’Neill Park in Orange County from an attempted take-over by the City of Rancho Santa Margarita, and thus preserve the habitat plan for the area.

Crestridge Ecological Reserve expands
In April, EHL purchased 314 acres of coastal sage scrub habitat to provide a southern expansion of the Crestridge Ecological Reserve, located east of El Cajon in San Diego County.

The City of Colton, long the home of disputes over the endangered Delhi Sands flower-loving fly, has advanced a conservation proposal. EHL is participating in the discussions.
